Yes. Every time you hit "Get my quote" we pull live prices directly from carrier APIs. What you see is what you pay — VAT included, no hidden fees added at checkout. Rates can vary by route, weight, and dimensions, so we always fetch fresh prices rather than showing cached estimates.
Every shipment includes the carrier's standard tracking and liability coverage — typically between €500 and €1,000 depending on the carrier. For higher-value items you can add shipping insurance at checkout for €2.50, which covers loss or damage up to €2,500. All shipments come with a tracking link you can share with your recipient.
Yes. We currently support shipments from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, the UK, Spain, Italy, and Poland — to all of those countries plus the United States and more. Select your destination from the dropdown; if a carrier covers the route, we'll show you the rate. More countries are being added regularly.
